The soprano Laura Missuray comes from a family of musicians from southern Finland. The cello was her first love, and since picking up her first cello she has studied cello for almost 20 years. Missuray studied in Tampere Conservatory and in Metropolia College in Helsinki. Laura is currently working with Mrs. Krisztina Laki from Hungary. Laura Missuray also opened her own singing school to her hometown of Kotka. On an international platform, the soprano soloist took part in many successful concerts in countries including Finland, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Switzerland, and the Canary Islands. She regularly sings church music, stage music and songs by R. Strauss. Since autumn 2010, she has been part of the Hauschor in Opernhaus Zürich.
